SLEEP PROBS???Here the solution..hahaha...

..Assalamualaikum and Good Evening..

Hallo my fellow friends. Huhh, sorry for not updated my blog for sooooooo long. Need time to find myself a job. Anyway, i got it. Guess what? I worked for Pizza Hut right now (bole la walaupun gaji tak masyuk..huhu). Okay guys, what i want to talk about today is about insomnia.It means people that having probs with their sleep.

Should let you have that midnight snack if you're having trouble sleeping and you think hunger might be the problem? Here are the 5 foods that actually help you drift off...

  •  Cherries. Fresh and dried cherries are one of the only natural food sources of melatonin, a chemical that control the body internal clock to regulate sleep.  

Red Cherries..

  • Bananas. Potassium and magnesium are natural muscle relaxants, and bananas are good source of both.


  • Toast. Carbohydrate-rich food trigger insulin production, which induces sleep by speeding up the release tryptophan and serotonin, 2 brain chemicals that relax you and send you to sleep.

  • Oatmeal.
